Your feedback

We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve.  Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.

We had my mother here in 2016 and they treated us and my family with so much respect. And recently had my father there as well. And again they treated everyone with respect. Everyone that works there are friendly, professional and lovely people. The services they provide are perfect , they listen to what you want and do it amazingly.

Villa Americas Funeral Home treated me like family as they helped me prepare my mother's funeral mass and burial. My mother's death is the hardest moment that I have faced in my life. I really cannot stop crying, but Saira E. Soto, the manager of Villas Americas Funeral Home, gave me plenty of emotional support. Not only did she act like a businesswoman, but she also became my grief counselor.

Tanya Tlatelpa and Jessica accompanied me to my mother's funeral mass and the cemetery where my mom was buried. Even though we had just met, they both treated me like I was their lifelong friend. While some businesses give clients a cold shoulder, the staff at Villa Americas Funeral Home treats all the customers warmly.

Villa Americas Funeral Home offers all their customers good prices, which are far less expensive than other funeral homes. My mother's ashes were placed in a wooden box that resembled a music box. They treated my mom's remains with all the dignity and respect that she truly deserved.

I highly recommend Villa Americas Funeral Home, for they will help you prepare the best funeral and honor the memory of your loved ones. As you mourn the loss of your loved one, the staff, at Villa Americas Funeral Home, will keep you strong with all of their love.

I wish to thank Ms. Saira Soto for the exceptional kindness and assistance she provided with my friend's brother who passed away in New Jersey. His body was sent to Washington, DC for the funeral service and transit home to Mexico. The Washington funeral home had difficulty with paperwork and could not work out the problems for three months. (Very upsetting to his family and friends!)
Ms. Soto came to our rescue, straightened out the paperwork, and intervened with the Mexican Consulate. Thanks to her work, he is now home.
May God bless you Ms. Soto and Villa Americas for your compassion.

My family is so grateful to the ladies at Villa Americas Funeral Home. They helped us so much with the passing of our father Pablo Ramos 4 years ago, we knew when our mom Evangelista Mendez passed suddenly, we had a place we trusted. They treated us with care and more importantly our loved ones with respect. You help make such a hard moment a bit easier with how much you help with the final agreements. Thank you ladies for you important work.
