Richard Samuel

Richard Samuel, entered in the presence of the Lord on August 14, 2024, at the age of 61. He was born in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Richard beloved son, brother, husband, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all of those he touched with his charisma.
