Darlyn Dawn Santiago

Darlyn was a single mother devoted to her four beautiful daughters and four beautiful grandchildren. She instilled the importance of education, being strong and never accepting no for an answer. She enjoyed watching the news, discussing politics and bragging about her children and grandchildren to anyone who would listen. She was an extremely kind and generous person who would treat everyone the same. She touched the lives of so many people with her big heart and she will forever remain in our hearts.
Darlyn is survived by her four daughters, Sophia, Chelsea, Latisha and Latoya, her son-in-law, Tevin, her four grandchildren, Aubrey, Caleb, Ava and Jayden, her siblings Maryann, Debbie, Denise, Kimberly, Nelsonia, Renee, Nelson, and Dana as well as her two cousins Joanne and Catalina.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Darlyn touched are invited to the visitation at Villa Americas Funeral Home, 279 Roseville Ave. Newark, NJ 07107 from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2022.
